Unplug the gas valve harness from the control harness about 6″ from the gas valve. Measure volatge on the control harness connector Blue & Yellow wires. Is there a voltage reading?
Turn up a thermostat or the IWH.
Plug connect together ahgain. Unplug the Blue wire from the Sage2 control terminal J5-2. Meter the terminal J5-1 to J8-2. Is there a voltage reading?
Test on Sage2 control J8-2 to the blue wire that was removed from the J5-2 terminal. Is there a voltage reading?
Replace Sage2 Control
Replace low voltage wiring harness
