Condition
- Temperature rise between supply and return is too high
Possible Cause
- Inadequate boiler water flow
- Circulator not operating
- Improper pipe sizing
- (Boiler piping should be 1″)
Inadequate boiler water flow
Check the display to determine the Delta-T
- Press the status button
- Press the right arrow key
- Determine the difference bwteen the supply and return water temperature
Determine Equivalent Length of pipe, look at flow charts below to determine rise
