Extended Warranty Program for both Residential and Commercial Products
Extended warranties for all Velocity products are available through Trinity Warranty Solutions. Trinity Warranty Solutions is fully insured by multiple “A” rated insurance companies.
Our Residential and Commercial Programs were designed specifically to help protect your residential and commercial customers after the original factory warranty expires. The Extended Service Agreement (ESA) provides coverage for:
New Residential Equipment
- 5 Year Parts & Labor
- 10 Year Parts & Labor
- Equipment is considered “new” up to 1 year after installation and is eligible for Extended Warranty Coverage during that time.
New Commercial Equipment
- 5 Year Parts & Labor
- 10 Year Parts & Labor
- Equipment is considered “new” up to 6 months after installation and is eligible for Extended Warranty Coverage during that time.
