Phantom XL Boiler
The Phantom XL Boiler is a commercial, high-efficiency condensing gas-fired unit that combines robust BTU output and efficiency while minimizing space requirements and enhancing serviceability.
Each Phantom XL boiler features a large diameter, commercial-grade stainless-steel water tube heat exchanger. This design not only supports high efficiency but also facilitates self-cleaning and waterside particle flushing.
The boiler’s innovative design ensures easy access to the burner and combustion chamber, allowing for swift and efficient annual servicing.
Available in sizes ranging from 399 MBH to 1000 MBH input, all Phantom XL models boast a remarkable 97% Thermal Efficiency, a 10:1 modulating turndown ratio, and full CSD-1 compliance. They are equipped with the Concert Control system to further enhance operational efficiency and control.
Series 49
The Series 49 represents a residential/light commercial gas-fired steam boiler crafted from cast-iron. Engineered specifically for use with traditional chimneys, it comes equipped with an electronic ignition system optimized for natural gas. This versatile boiler is offered in 10 different sizes, accommodating firing rates ranging from 150 to 550 MBH. The Series 49 has an 82% AFUE for the 49-150S through 49-299S models and a thermal efficiency rating of 81% for the 49S-350 through 49S-500 models.
Notably, the Series 49 is designed with expansive internal waterways to enhance steam chest capacity, thereby promoting a steady water line. By eliminating heat transfer pins above the water line, this model exhibits enhanced resistance to corrosion in critical areas. Steam riser tappings positioned in the intermediate sections ensure smoother steam flow, while tappings on both end sections facilitate flexibility in return piping placement, whether on the right or left.
The Series 49 is delivered as a knock-down unit, comprising separate shipments of boiler sections, base, flue collector, jacket, and controls. This modular design allows for straightforward final assembly on-site, ensuring ease of installation.
Phantom-X “C” 399C-800C
The Phantom-X “C” Series is a commercial stainless-steel, water tube high-efficiency, condensing, gas-fired hot water boiler. The Phantom-X “C” Series is available for use with natural gas or LP gas and comes in 5 sizes, from 399MBH to 800MBH input. There are multiple venting options to suit installer preferences, and the Phantom-X is stackable for floor space savings. The Phantom-X is available in natural gas, with a field conversion for LP gas.
Raptor-X
The stainless steel, gas-fired Raptor-X comes in either a 320 or 399 MBH unit with a 10:1 turndown ratio and 95% AFUE rating. It offers home heating and optional domestic hot water built on world-class engineering.
Series 24
The Series 24 is a cast-iron water or steam boiler designed for use with light oil, gas, or a light oil-gas combination. The Series 24 is designed for installation with either a standard chimney or a pressurized vent system. The boiler has a swing-open front door for easy service and inspection.
