Crown Boiler is excited to announce the launch of a completely redesigned website, designed with ease of use for the customer in mind.
The new site provides customers with a comprehensive overview of products, including specifications, ratings, manuals and literature in an easy to navigate, visually appealing way.
Through the effort of the web developers and Crown’s own staff, the team listened to customer feedback to achieve a site that is user-friendly, with an intuitive navigation.
This will enable visitors to find the information they need quickly and efficiently.
The new homepage features a number of convenient tools. Along the top you will find a product browser, allowing you to quickly find any of our products. There is a news section, that will display the latest news from Crown Boiler, as well as a “Featured Product” section. Along the right you will also find “app” buttons, connecting you to the most frequently used portions of the website. Visitors to the site will also find a variety of special features, including a Residential Boiler Selection Tool, local contractor locator and heat loss calculator. ENERGY STAR® and tax credit information are also listed on the site, conveniently located to aid the consumer. The Residential Boiler Selection Tool is a key addition, unique to Crown Boiler’s website. By answering questions like “What fuel is being used?” and “What is the method of distribution?”, the product selector is able to narrow down which Crown boiler fits your needs.
Product pages have been redesigned to quickly provide any information needed on a particular piece of equipment. Along with a picture and quick description, all certification logos and displayed beneath the product. Underneath the certifications, a tabbed panel with a product brief, ratings and specifications conveniently shows important information on each product. The last tab contains all relevant product documents available for download. A printer-friendly version of each product page is also available.
